Ich habe mal eine Frage ab wieviel Jahren darf man sich in England Piercen lassen?
Ich fahre nämlich nächstes Jahr zum Austausch dort hin.Gru??
tja auch wenn die des ab 16 stechen (ich hab da keine ahnung) solltest du das vorher trotzdem mit deinen eltern abklären – sonst könnte es ziemlichen stress geben, aber ich würd trotz allem lieber warten und es in der heimat stechen lassen 😉 dann kannst zu dem piercer jederzeit gehen, falls problemchen auftauchen würden…
A. No tattooing, piercing of genitalia, branding, or scarification shall be performed on a person under the age of 18.
B. Body piercing, other than piercing the genitalia, may be performed on a person under the age of 19 provided that the person is accompanied by a person properly identified parent, legal custodial parent or legal guardian who has signed a form consenting such procedure. „Properly identified“ shall mean a valid photo identification of the adult and a birth certificate of the minor.
Also im Grunde kannst du dich auch in Deutschland piercen lassen.
in anderen ländern ist man auch später bei einigen sachen volljährig:-) wenn ich mich irre kann man mich jederzeit korrigieren:-)
sehr spannend, aber das ist das Gesetz von MA=Massachusetts in Amiland, kein englisches

Some Boroughs do not allow body piercing below the age of 18 years, with the exception of ears, nose and navel. Some impose no age restrictions at all, while others allow only ???above the belt??? piercing between the ages of 16 and 18 years and require either proof of ID or an adult???s consent for this age range. Others will only carry out piercings of under 16 year olds with a parent or guardian present.
Under English law, young people under the age of 16 years cannot have their genitalia pierced (this includes female breasts) as this is regarded as indecent assault to which the customer cannot legally consent. Before carrying out a piercing, most piercers will request that the client signs a consent form. Reputable body piercers should adopt reasonable age restrictions.“

hm also nur teilweise altersbeschränkung. is nur die frage wieso man sich unbedingt da piercen lassen will. wahrscheinlich weil man keine unterschrift manchmal braucht? und so eltern umgehen kann?
